Rules

Match finder, pickup, and zone tournament behavior on TENniOpen. For Mission, Model & Donations, and fees, see Mission.

Use match finder to post or join games, and the tournaments list for scheduled opens.

Match rules (picker)

  • Games per set: 4 or 6
  • Sets: 1, 3, or 5
  • Court: book on site if listed; otherwise players book their court and pay onsite
  • Location scoped by zone
  • Tournament entry: $10

Feature 1 — Pickup

  1. Post availability in a zone.
  2. Others in the zone join / get matched and schedule.
  3. Court: check availability or use your own (pay onsite).
  4. Post result; both sides confirm score.
  5. Winner + points-based prizes where enabled.

Feature 2 — Zone tournament (20+)

  1. Players in a zone sign up (availability / intent).
  2. Wait for minimum 20 registrations.
  3. Notify local organizers; one is selected.
  4. Organizer sets courts / schedule (here or off-platform).
  5. Draw posted; organizer enters results; prizes 50/35/15.
